- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Dr Zarrella is the BEST!!! I will never let anyone but Dr Zarrella or his two hygienists near my mouth. I am a complete dentaphobe but Dr. Z puts me at ease. He also does the most thorough exam I have ever had and communicates thoroughly with you about what you need and why and how it can affect your health...who knew?!. He saved me from having two root canals from two fillings that were old and leaking and had cavities under them. I had no pain but was a few months away from needing root canals. THANK YOU DR. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪After years of not sleeping very well, once I started using my bite guard that was made and fitted by Dr. Zarella, I am now sleeping through the night. This began the first night with my new bite guard and I have been sleeping through the night ever since. This is a wonderful side effect that I was not expecting. Thank you Dr. Zarella.
